ABRAHAM KHAN

SOLICITOR DIRECTOR

Abraham is the head of our team and has over 13 years’ experience in litigation, specialising in all areas of litigation including personal injury, medical negligence and counterfraud. Abraham has been working in this area since he qualified and has helped thousands of clients over the years.

Abraham qualified as a solicitor in 2010. He obtained his Law degree from the University of Keele and then went on to complete his Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in Birmingham.

Abraham is also a higher rights court advocate and frequently instructed to attend hearings.

SOFIA AKHTAR

CONSULTANT SOLICITOR

Sofia qualified as a solicitor in 2016, but has extensive experience in family and immigration law spanning eight years.

She obtained her Law degree from the University of Coventry and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course from Staffordshire University.

She is the lead consultant of our family department and specialises in complex family cases.

SHELINA SAMAROO

CORPORATE SUPPORT

Shelina has a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire and has global experience within the field, she has been Director of 3 companies and held a Managerial role within a media company.

Shelina began working with us in March 2018 and she is a valued member of the team.

SONIA IQBAL

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Sonia has a Higher National Diploma in Business from Bourneville College. She has been working as a litigation executive for 3 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the personal injury sector.

Her experience includes dealing with complex credit hire matters on behalf of claimants and personal injury claims involving accusation of phantom passenger cases, low speed impact cases and fraud.

ALI KAZI

CONSULTANT SOLICITOR

Ali read Law at Birmingham City University, obtaining a 1st Class LLB in 2016 and completing his Legal Practice Course in 2018.

He joined the firm in 2016 and commenced his training contract in November 2018. Ali specialises in litigated personal injury matters, and deals with complex fast and multi-track litigation including serious claims for personal injury arising from road traffic accidents and accidents at work, complex credit hire and allegations of fraud.

Ali is also proficient in the area of costs and the CPR, and also regularly drafts interim Applications and advocates at hearings on behalf of his clients.

MUHUBO AHMED

PARALEGAL

Mubi is a recent graduate, who is now working as paralegal within the firm. She graduated from Aston University in July 2018 with a degree in LLB Law with an integrated placement year, which she spent studying abroad in Milan.

Mubi is now working towards becoming a qualified solicitor by aiming towards completing her LPC and attaining a training contract.

Rana Alam

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Rana graduated with a degree in Psychology and Biology from Keele University in 2010 and went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at the same University, graduating in 2014. Rana secured an internship with a Law Firm in Shanghai for three months before returning to the UK to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. She is currently working towards qualifying as a Solicitor, specialising in litigation work and more specifically in Personal Injury work.

Rana prides herself on delivering excellent client care and her previous experience has given her the ability to understand the hurdles a Claimant has to overcome in order to succeed in their claim. She empathises with her clients at often a very stressful time in their lives and ensures her client’s achieve the best possible outcome.

NICHOLAS COPELLO

LITIGATION EXECUTIVE

Following his BA in Ancient History and Philosophy, Nicholas completed his Masters Law conversion at the University of Law in 2019, achieving a Commendation. He then completed his Bar Practice Training Course (BPTC) in 2020 achieving a Very Competent grade. 

He is currently working as a litigation executive in the firm, and is gaining extensive experience as an advocate. He is particularly interested in housing disrepair cases.

SEJAL KARAVADRA

CONSULTANT SOLICITOR

Sejal Karavadra qualified as a solicitor in June 2008 and has over 14 years experience in immigration law. Sejal is a higher Rights Court Advocate. 

Sejal started her career at the Home Office in the Immigration & Nationality Directorate, before she joined private practice. She is able to draw upon this experience to advise on all aspects of immigration law. 

Sejal possess extensive knowledge in dealing with all sorts of immigration issues, from preparing applications to representation at Court. Sejal has been successful in helping many individuals and businesses with their immigration matters and is able to advise clients on the most effective solutions for them.
